Single/Album Releases, Watch & Launch Parties, Sheds and more whatever the music based event Tony Aye! Artistry is happy to support to ensure that every detail goes off without a hitch. With a customized plan for your needs from set up to breakdown we will be there to help. During your initial meeting with rep a quote will be made based on your needs. Members do receive discount and some fee event assistants on a case by case basis.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure a seamless experience, we’ve outlined our booking policy for online consultation services. Please review the terms below carefully before booking: 1. Booking Requirements All appointments must be scheduled through our website: www.tonyayeartistry.org/book. Consultations are confirmed only after payment is received in full for non-members. Members should look for a confirmation email following up. Clients must provide accurate contact details, including a valid email address and phone number, during the booking process. 2. Payment Policies Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as listed on our website. All prices are listed in [currency, e.g., USD] and are subject to change without prior notice. 3. Rescheduling and Cancellations Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time by contacting us via email at info@tonyayeartistry.org or via call/text 410.348.1972 Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a refund, repeat cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or for missed appointments. 4. Late Arrivals Please ensure you log into your consultation session on time. Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrivals, and no refunds will be provided for the time missed. 5. Technical Requirements Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection, a working device, and any required software for the consultation. Tony Aye Artistry is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by technical issues on the client’s end. 6. Code of Conduct Consultations are a professional service, and we ask that clients maintain a respectful and cooperative demeanor. Any inappropriate behavior may result in termination of the session without a refund. 7. Emergency Policy In the rare case that Tony Aye Artistry must cancel or reschedule a consultation due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
